Good location, walking distance to beach and restaurants
No staff PC on front desk to check booking so I wasn’t sure if I was getting what I paid for. It was as though I had just walked in off the street. Room was clean and tidy except for the bedding. There was no separate cover on the thin top quilt and I don’t think it is washed after every guest. It looked decidedly grubby anyway. No wi fi in the rooms, only reception.

The hotel was quite clean.
The staff was unfriendly, they did not speak a good english. No breakfast included. Better options in town are possible! Avoid it !

Mostly clean.
We booked in advance and when we arrived they had given us a cheaper room than the one we had booked (they had given our room to someone else). They tried to charge us for the nicer, more expensive room and when we would not pay the extra for the room we did not get they chased us through town and told the police we had not paid for our room. We almost missed our bus because of this. They were very rude, dishonest and caused way to many headaches. There are lots of accommodation options in Sihanoukville, I highly recommend you avoid this one.
